With damage like this we will paint the bumper on the car. Here we will sand down and apply filler to the deeper scratches, this ensures a smooth and level surface upon which to apply the paint. After filling the scratches, drying and sanding them down we apply a primer coat, sand that to make it smooth and level. The basecoat, colour, is applied and dried before the clear top-coat is applied. This is then baked within the oven at 60 degrees or with an infrared  lamp until hard enough to finely sand and polished to finish the panel and make it beautiful again.
