Case Study

Someone backed into your car at the supermarket and left a big dent and broke your taillight.

Stage 1

Let’s see what we have here with the light taken off to be replaced with a genuine part at the end of the repair.

Stage 2

Reduce down the dent with an advanced dent pulling machine to make the preparation process easier and cleaner.

Sand down the area to be repaired.

Apply specially designed automotive body filler to fill the dent and ensure it’s completely dry with an infra-red lamp or sometimes we use Ultra-Violet light. The old light is put back in to ensure a perfect fit for the new one.

Stage 4

Stage 5

Primer is applied to the whole area that will receive the basecoat and clearcoat in the spray booth. The entire car is covered up to ensure no overspray lands elsewhere on the car.

Stage 6

Car has been painted and clear coated in the spray booth then machine polished. With the new light fitted the car is like new again.
